Woodsend Medical Centre is located in the heart of Corby and is now the town’s largest and most modern GP surgery, extended to include 10 fully air conditioned consulting rooms, 3 state of the art treatment rooms and a large airy entrance, reception and waiting area. The existing building has been given a face lift too with additional administration space, WC’s and 6 fully refurbished consulting rooms.

The project has taken just over a year to build and was delivered in phases maintaining full access to the existing building and adjoining pharmacy. We’re especially proud because with the exception of a small break we worked through the 1st lockdown in April 2020, embracing new ways of working to maintain a Covid safe construction site.

It’s our largest project to date with a project value of £1.9M and demonstrates our capability at this level.
