The Carriagehall is part of the successful culinary chain run by The Perkins Family.  Lee Merrin had worked for the family previously providing professional services on their kitchen extension and re-fit.  This relationship developed and Lee secured the contract to build the Carriagehall project - an eclectic mixture of heritage and contemporary design.  It's proved to be a very successful wedding venue, well known across the East Midlands.
