This was the 2nd phase of construction work carried out by Lee Merrin and the 1st project for Elemental Build - we're extremely proud of this project - it's a great looking building and the attention to detail really comes through.  The extension that was constructed includes a new entrance area with check in facilities, 4 new consulting rooms, 2 treatment rooms and a clean and dirty utility room.

As with most projects in the GP healthcare sector there were logistical challenges to overcome and despite starting at the end of November 2017 and working through the worse winter in recent history the project was completed on time and in budget in May 2018.
